Exchange and Return Policy
Starling wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and resaleable condition within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us at hello@starlingjewelry.com for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without return authorization. Returns will be credited minus return shipping cost.
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.Select pieces are not returnable. This includes all international orders, Bespoke Gems, One of a Kind Pieces, Custom Orders and Personalized items with any engraving or custom stone arrangements (example: Compass Charms/Rings, Engraved Signet Ring, Birth Flowers with Engraving added and more).
