Exchange and Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed 

Starling wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and resaleable condition within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us at hello@starlingjewelry.com for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without return authorization. Returns will be credited minus a $10 return shipping cost. International shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

 

A few select pieces may not be returnable. This includes personalized items and special orders cannot be returned. Personalized items include any piece with engraving, custom name necklaces, custom stone arrangements and any special order. This includes but is not limited to Engraved Disc, Engraved Disc Small, Compass Charm, Id Bracelet, Custom Name Necklace, Custom Double Name Necklace, and Birth Flower Charms with Engraving. 

 

Starling is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
