NEW ROLE:  Studio Manager
Responsible, detail-oriented and enthusiastic. Work with a strong sense of urgency to accomplish daily tasks in a timely manner. Excited about learning and growing within the jewelry industry. Reports to the Founder.
Salary, Full-Time M-F in-studio - starting 60K salary negotiable, benefits: paid parking, jewelry discount, health insurance stipend monthly, comprehensive paid vacation and sick leave. Must have fine jewelry experience, minimum 2-3 years.

STARLING & HEIRLOOM STUDIO MANAGEMENT:
  • Manage entire studio experience keeping our studio clean, stocked with everything we need, plants watered, and looking beautiful as both our workspace and where clients visit for some of the most important and meaningful jewelry appointments of their lives
  • Maintain all inventory of shipping materials including shipping boxes, jewelry boxes, tissue, ribbons, tassels, etc
  • Maintain inventory of all pieces in-stock to ensure timely request for replacement of any pieces that need to be produced to replenish stock on hand
  • Assist Founder in keeping weekly team tasks and deliverables on track, highlighting any blocks to progress so they can be addressed in a timely manner
  • Assist other team members as needed to facilitate production of all web orders in the DTLA jewelry district, walking distance from studio
  • Manage all incoming email for Heirloom custom pieces
  • Monitor order flow for Heirloom custom pieces to ensure timelines remain on track and orders are delivered as promised
  • Assist in receiving, producing, packing and shipping all web orders in a timely and accurate manner (goal is orders take 5-7 business days from start to finish, personalized orders 7-10 business days)
