Shipping policy

 SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Shipping within the USA and DHL of FedEx for International Orders. FedEx and DHL do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. When we offer free shipping, it is with USPS Priority. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email when items ships.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery, damage or loss caused by carrier. Once your order has shipped you will be notified with the tracking in an email. All of our shipments are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping insurance company. 

All orders over $200 require a signature with delivery. If you would like this waived please request via email - hello@starlingjewelry.com. Note: waiving signature may also waive shipping insurance. 

We ship to select international countries. We are not responsible for tax and duty fees. International shipping is done with DHL or FedEx.

 

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING?

Most of our pieces are handmade to order, stock items are currently take 1-3 weeks to make before shipping. In stock pieces can ship quicker, please email to request quicker shipping. Bespoke Gems and Custom Orders take 8-10 weeks to make before shipping, for these items we will be in contact with you several times and coordinate shipping before mailing.
