Here at Starling, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Happiness Guarantee on all of our handmade jewelry. We offer benefits like polishing, prong tightening, chain repairs, steam cleaning, and stone replacement on stones under 2mm - all 100% covered for up to 2 years, and on a case-by-case basis beyond that time frame. If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues in material or workmanship, we will evaluate your item and can offer store credit, or a complimentary repair or replacement. Please email us at hello@starlingjewelry.com with your order number or purchase receipt, and photos of your jewelry item and we will do our best to help. Please note the Happiness Guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches, major damage caused by accident, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or damage beyond normal wear and tear over time. With our Happiness Guarantee, we are committed to making sure you can love and wear your jewelry everyday. Please note that shipping costs are not included in our Happiness Guarantee, and there will be a small charge for the transit of items to and from.
