Orders above $500 are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Signature required, with orders underneath this not requiring a signature at delivery.

Personalized items, Bespoke Gems, One-of-a-Kind items and Bespoke or Heirloom Revival Projects cannot be returned. Personalized pieces include any item that is engraved, custom stone arrangement (ie our Compass Charm, Family Stone Charm) or any special order.

If you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept limited items for exchange or return within 10 days of your delivery date.

Currently we use a mix of 50% recycled diamonds on most pieces, but are moving towards using 100% post-consumer recycled diamonds. Diamond pieces that use 100% certified post-consumer diamonds are marked with the SCS logo.
