Order by 12/7 for Main Collection, made-to-order pieces with FedEx 2-day shipping.
Order by 12/15 for One-of-a-Kind rings which may require resizing, with FedEx 2-day shipping.
Order by 12/18 for Ready to Ship and One-of-a-Kind pieces including charms, necklaces, and earrings with FedEx 2-day shipping.

Orders above $500 are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Signature required, with orders underneath this not requiring a signature at delivery.

Personalized items, Bespoke Gems, One-of-a-Kind items and Bespoke or Heirloom Revival Projects cannot be returned. Personalized pieces include any item that is engraved, custom stone arrangement (ie our Compass Charm, Family Stone Charm) or any special order.

If you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept limited items for exchange or return within 10 days of your delivery date.

All stones are responsibly sourced, recycled or traceable mine-to-market when available. Currently we use a mix of 50% recycled diamonds on most pieces, but are moving towards using 100% post-consumer recycled diamonds. Diamond pieces that use 100% certified post-consumer diamonds are marked with the SCS logo.
