Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to select international countries. We are not responsible for tax and duty fees.
What are your shipping methods within the USA?
We offer several options: USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 5 business day, FedEx 2-day and FedEx overnight. When we offer free shipping, it is with USPS Priority.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery caused by carrier.
How long do orders take to processes?
As our company grows, please be patient with us. Items are currently made to order and mailed within 3 to 7 business days. If this is rush item please email us and we will see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a tracking number as soon as the items ships.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Starling wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without return authorization.
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
A few select pieces may not be returnable; if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. Personalized items and special orders cannot be returned.
Starling is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
